I had the good fortune to be on the Bighorn trip with Ed and 17 others. Ed’s stories are exceptional. They are well written and there’s always something you learn.

PS I’ve been lucky to have fished with Ed several times. It is always a joy!

What a well written story that echoes the joy you experienced on your trip!

What I loved most are your thoughts on the benefit of a guide. It's easy for our ego to get in the way and disregard the readily available knowledge and wisdom a guide can provide.

Often, I'll experience the same thing in my business - as a small business coach, I often meet entrepreneurs who don't need a coach because they've got a couple of years under their belt.

And sure, they'll probably, maybe, figure it out, one day. But at what cost? And how much time, frustration, and effort did you lose in the process?!

Never underestimate the power that a guide or coach has - their skills can help YOU get the most out of your adventure!

The point you make is why I wrote my three books on Brand Building. Why not learn from someone else’s experience?

I feel like the harder you work at fly fishing the less effective you are. I’m lucky to be surrounded by friends who are experts and I learn a lot from them. Some of them are guides so that backs up what you’re saying. Sounds like a great destination and a cool experience.
